My Server check fails with a following message:

Welcome to the Microweber configuration panel, here you can setup your website.

Server check

There are some errors on your server that will prevent Microweber from working properly

  1. The directory D:\webDirs\wwwroot\AskATC\microweber\userfiles\ must be writable
  2. The directory D:\webDirs\wwwroot\AskATC\microweber\src\Microweber\ must be writable

So far:
I changed security settings of IIS_USRS  and enabled 'write' permissions:
restarted the system 

enable RewriteEngine On in .htcaccess 

but it still doesn't work

I will appreciate any help,
