Shipping + Pickup Only Options

I own a store and I would like to expand my sales to the online world.Unfortunately I am having trouble with my store on Microweber. Ideally I would like to give customers the ability to buy from my online store and on the checkout process see a "Shipping" price, and a Local Pickup price. I'm not sure if there is an option for this that I am missing. but does anyone have any suggestions?
