How to reach the "layout" menu of the 1st element in live edit

Hello

There is an small issue with live edit, there is no way to reach the "layout" menu of the 1st element.

When moving the mouse to its direction, it pass over Micorweber icon, and open the liste of pages

I still have issues on getting on hold on that menu and also to change the image behind the title in the above hero image layout.
